My name is Ian, your local domestic appliance service engineer.
I have been selling and repairing domestic appliances in and around Stoke-on-Trent since 1987.
I have worked at a reputable, independent electrical retailer selling all forms and makes of domestic appliances and working as a field service engineer.
Over the last 32 years I have gained a vast knowledge of appliances and repair work and am now a certified Hotpoint engineer. I am very proud to be a part of one of the UK’s leading domestic appliance manufacturers.
